Leeward Partners is led by founder Tamar Daniel — founder and owner of Liv Brands, a portfolio of profitable small businesses she's launched, acquired, owned, and operated. She built ready-to-wear label TUXE from zero into Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, and Net-a-Porter — featured in Vogue and on Oprah, worn by Meghan Markle — before it was acquired by Velvet Global in 2019.

Trained in fashion design, she learned the business the hard way: sourcing and merchandising at Topshop and Anthropologie; product lines into Target, Barnes & Noble, ASOS, and the Met. That operating depth is what we bring to every deal — telling you which risks are survivable and which are not.
